Andrew C. Russano brings extensive experience in politics, marketing as well as health law policy which is complemented by clinical experience; into this agency. Over the past 5 years, Mr. Russano was a Project Manager for Pain, Payment, Pharma and worked closely with the Alleghany County Health Department, The Child Death Review and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law to provide a more in-depth study of advanced topics as they are closely related areas of law. He worked for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Public Health Training Center, he was the Marketing Coordinator and BMW Genius for Flemington BMW and served as Regional Field Director for Lance for Congress as well as Political Director, then Executive Director of the Hunterdon County Republican Committee. And most recently paralegal and marketing director for Carl Taylor Law.                                                                                                      

A member of Hunterdon County Republican Committee, he engaged in community service activities and has provided support and guidance directly to many campaigns in Morris and Hunterdon County respectfully.  While serving in this capacity, he was able to build on the foundation of remaining motivated and driven while maintaining unwavering determination to surpass expectations. 

Mr. Russano was instrumental in the publication of a collaborative report with the University Of Pittsburgh Graduate School Of Public Health, which presented to the Child Death Review Team of the Allegheny County Health Department.  This report outlined the national, state, and local scope of the opioid crisis and the various roles each contributing entity plays regarding this issue.  

The unique combination of in-depth marketing, health crisis publications as well as policy experience provides Andrew with an understanding of how health care regulatory and compliance law and health care transactional law as well as public policy effect everyday life. These unique experiences coupled with successful sales and marketing strategies have allowed Andrew the ability to create unique and successful opportunities in extraordinary places.

 

Mr. Russano, is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University where he received, a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Sociology. He obtained his Master in Legal Studies with a concentration in Health Law from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law while also obtaining a Health Law Certificate. He resides in Kingwood Township.
